Singapore, 24 August 2022 – AEM, a global leader in test and handling solutions, will be presenting its next-gen testing solutions at SEMICON Taiwan 2022, 14 to 16 September in Taipei, Taiwan.
AEM will showcase its latest technologies and innovative solutions for semiconductor and electronics testing, particularly its system level test (SLT) and automatic test equipment (ATE) solutions, which are aimed to address evolving technology needs in testing for manufacturers.
There will be live demos of AEM’s industry-leading SLT and ATE solutions, in particular the ATOM Handler, a benchtop handler designed for use on engineering test floors, labs and in development operations and the M5S-HD tester, designed to meet the need for cost-effective and efficient testers.
AEM also recently announced the delivery of a fully integrated CMOS Image Sensor Test Cell to UTAC, with a tester, illuminator, and handler. The next-gen test system solution for CMOS image sensors will meet the growing demand for advance image sensors in various markets.
