B.Sc. of Engineering or equivalent knowhow via work experience


2+ experience from automation equipment assembly, commissioning or software development.

  • Understanding on mechanical and electrical technical drawings and how those are related to equipment.

  • Social skills, operating with customers
  • Willingness to travel

Kielitaito/Language skills:

Fluent Finish (spoken, written) and Working English (spoken, written)



Service Engineer plans, executes and follow-ups Afore field service tasks according to corporate business strategy and Quality System. Contributes to Initiation of developments in field service tools and processes.

Is responsible for ensure that:

  • Follows EHS guides in service operation (Environmental Health & Safety)
  • Follows Afore Quality Management System requirements
  • Follows Field Service quality and timeliness targets
  • Follows Field service cost targets
  • Contributes to Field Service KPI monthly reporting, metrics are UpToDate and development of KPI metrics

Is responsible for customer reporting on own Field Service executions.
Is responsible on SLA service in Finland ~40 days on-site, capital area, 1-2 days/ week.
Participates in projects and developments activities throughout the Afore/AEM organization.
Is responsible to visit suppliers based on need.
Travel needs estimated outside Finland ~40 working day / year.
Is responsible from other tasks given by direct supervisor.
