Job Description
- Overall owner of the product throughout the entire product life cycle
- Lead and engineering team to work with R&D team and system architect for product development
- Coaching and driving project team towards meeting development timeline, product specification, and cost.
- Review customer’s requirement/specification
- Technical support to sales and marketing department
- Product costing analysis and design optimization to meet cost target
- Prepare product presentation materials for sales and presenting to customer
- Liaise with NPI team, MFG team, QA team for equipment build and product launching preparation
- Define product acceptance criteria, manage product acceptance process
- Support field service team and manage onsite equipment issue
- Manage CIP execution and evaluation program
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Robotics or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in machine design and development with good product cost management skill
- Experience in semiconductor test equipment
- Good technical knowledge on automation/thermal control and able to apply into development.
- Good communication and liaising skill with customer
- Possesses strong project management and leadership skill
