As a CS Executive, you are to ensure day to day operations are in good order pertaining to Customers’ requirements. You must be able to handle full aspect of order fulfilment i.e. Sales order processing, data entry, generating sales quotation, etc. Be responsible for full cycle of sales order processing which include generating PO, DO, INV, etc. You are also required to liaise with customers to ensure timely response and delivery.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office
• SAP experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with high level of initiatives
• Ability to work independently
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to track, follow up on orders and report on a regular cadence
