Chee Keong is the Vice-President, Group Head of HR for AEM Group, responsible for leading the global HR organization and partnering with the Executive Leadership Team on people strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
He brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across Asia Pacific, including senior roles at Seatrium, Kohler Company, MTQ Corporation Limited, and Tetra Pak.
His expertise spans HR transformation, organizational design, digital HR implementation, multi-country HR operations, and building high-performance cultures. He holds a Master of Science (Information Studies) from NTU and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from NUS.
