Samson Mah is the Corporate Counsel at AEM Holdings Ltd., where he oversees global legal operations and provides strategic legal guidance across the organization. He navigates international law frameworks, working to ensure AEM Holdings upholds strong corporate governance, legal compliance, and operational integrity.

With over 15 years of legal experience, Samson is dedicated to driving organizational success. He brings a solid understanding of legal complexities and operations, ensuring rigorous compliance with legal obligations while effectively managing risks in a fast-paced environment. His strategic insight and legal expertise help AEM tackle the diverse challenges of today’s corporate landscape.

Before joining AEM, Samson held the role of Head of the Legal Function at a contract manufacturing company in the aerospace and semiconductor sectors. He was involved in legal and compliance oversight, strategic procurement, ESG initiatives, and risk management across multiple regions. His leadership played a crucial role in strengthening the company’s legal and compliance frameworks, supporting its growth and sustainability.

Samson’s career began in private practice, where he gained valuable experience as an Advocate & Solicitor at several respected law firms. He specialized in capital markets, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial transactions, and corporate real estate. His practice allowed him to develop practical legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Academically, Samson holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Vocational Studies and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Northumbria University, UK. He is admitted as a Barrister-at-Law in England and Wales and as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya. Additionally, he is a certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner.”
