Paul is a value-driven HR professional with expertise in process improvement organizational development, and capability building. He has delivered key outcomes in engagement, cost savings, and leadership development. With a background in quality engineering, Paul later held HR leadership roles at GlobalFoundries and DHL Supply Chain, where he led cross-site initiatives and regional capability programs.
He holds a degree in Physics, an MBA and certifications in ACTA, IHRP-Senior Professional and Harrison Assessments. Outside work, he enjoys origami, music and hiking.
